EUCost provides informational tools for EU import cost estimation, TARIC duty lookup, EU regulation browsing, HS code classification, and trade compliance guidance. All data is sourced from official EU sources including EUR-Lex, the European Commission's TARIC database, and Supabase-hosted mirrors.
EUCost is not a licensed customs broker, legal adviser, or tax consultant. All calculations, duty rates, and regulatory information are provided for informational and indicative purposes only.
Results should not be used as the sole basis for customs declarations, import decisions, or legal compliance. Always verify with your customs authority, licensed broker, or legal adviser before acting on information from EUCost.
Duty rates and regulations change frequently. EUCost makes reasonable efforts to maintain up-to-date data but cannot guarantee accuracy at any given moment.
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The EUCost platform, its design, code, and original content are owned by EUCost. EU regulatory texts are official public documents sourced from EUR-Lex under their open data policy.
You may not reproduce or redistribute EUCost's proprietary content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EUCost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to incorrect duty calculations, missed regulatory changes, or customs penalties.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily limit access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
We may update these terms or the service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey (or the jurisdiction of the operator's registered entity). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
